Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage revenue collection processes across various business units (e.g., restaurant, bar, real estate).
  • Handle tax management including preparation, filing, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Support management in cost control, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance of the restaurant/bar operations, identifying variances and recommending corrective measures.
  • Provide timely financial reports to management and advise on strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with auditors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders as needed.
Other Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification preferred (CPA finalist/ICPK registration is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setup.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage cost management and financial reporting.
  • Proven expertise in taxation and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice, including weekends and public holidays when required.
