- Portfolio Management: Take ownership of managing and nurturing relationships with a designated portfolio of referral partners. Ensure their needs are met and that they are fully engaged with our program.
- Partner Success: Implement strategies to support referral partners in achieving success within our network. Provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize their referral potential.
- Growth Development: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for growth. Encourage increased referral activities through targeted initiatives and incentives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic support and intervention.
- Feedback Loop: Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners. Gather feedback on their experiences and needs, facilitating continuous program improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, business development, and other relevant teams to align efforts and enhance the overall effectiveness of the referral partnership program.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new referral partners, ensuring they understand the program's benefits, processes, and how to succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer success role, preferably within the healthcare sector or partnership-based business models.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing and growing business relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- A self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or working with referral programs is a plus.
- Fluency in a second language.
