Our client, a premium supplier of high-end sanitaryware, tiles, vanities, wardrobes, and kitchens, is seeking a results-oriented .The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging new customers, building strong relationships, promoting product purchases, collaborating with the team to refine sales strategies, maximizing cross-selling opportunities, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Meet set sales goals, keep accurate CRM records, and share timely sales reports.
Identify, build, and actively engage new prospects within target markets.
Maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
Use deep product understanding to provide solutions and cross-sell effectively.
Deliver persuasive pitches, draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Spot opportunities to offer additional products that increase client value.
Share insights, support colleagues, and contribute to collective sales success.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven sales track record, ideally within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and collective success.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to team efforts and success.
