- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records (attendance, contracts, leave management, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- CHRP certification or progress towards certification
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a Hospital set up
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
