- To be considered for appointment to this position, an applicant must:
- Be a Kenyan citizen;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Kenya (a Master’s degree will be an added advantage);
- Possess at least ten (10) years of senior-level management experience.
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on leadership and integrity;
- Be a professional of high integrity with no record of breaching professional codes of conduct;
- Not currently holding a position as a public or state officer;
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the county’s diversity; and
- Be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting strict deadlines;
Tenure of Office:A non-renewable six (6) year term, which may be served on a part-time basis.Remuneration: Remuneration and benefits shall be as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).Interested candidates should submit both manual and/or online applications accompanied by:
