- Coordinate all recovery operations in the assigned territory as aligned with recovery targets
- Leverage on available data on territory performance as per all performance metrics to identify risk areas
- Advice on difficult repossession cases to support closure
- Maintain the Repossession List at acceptable level by ensuring that the Recovery Managers assign the bikes to the relevant Recovery Offices without delay.
- Approve all the recovery costs incurred during recovery and transfer of assets which will include Petty Cash and EER
- Attend to escalations to ensure Recovery Managers and Officers are fully supported in their recovery efforts
- Create a professional working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of getting assistance when necessary, in the course of work
- Monitor the recovery budget vs actual on a monthly basis for the relevant area.
- Coordinate documentation management for assigned region to ensure full compliance with all relevant documentations policies and guidelines
- Monitor Territory compliance levels against all guidelines and policies to manage risks
- Coordinate people management processes in assigned territory which will include performance management, training, coaching, safety, and employee relations, in consultation and with support from HR
- Identify and recommend new ways of working to continuously improve efficiency, productivity and both our internal and external customer experience
- Cascade communication on any changes in policies, schedules and product knowledge to the team.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years at supervisor level
- Must have a valid motorcycle license and must have at least 1 year riding experience
