- Assist in identifying and researching potential agent leads using various tools and platforms.
- Support the on-boarding process for new agents by coordinating documentation, setting up accounts, and scheduling training sessions.
- Help automate parts of the agent application and verification process to ensure efficiency.
- Gather feedback from new agents on the on-boarding process to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that attract new agents to the platform.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and pitches for prospective agents.
- Support the sales team in following up with leads and tracking their progress through the sales funnel.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials for new product categories.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Help organize and participate in agent recruitment events, webinars, and workshops.
- Act as a point of contact for newly on boarded agents, addressing their initial questions or concerns.
- Track and analyze agent activity and platform usage to identify engagement patterns.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve agent retention and satisfaction.
- Support the creation of agent feedback loops by collecting input and sharing insights with relevant teams.
- Work with the product team to propose solutions to recurring agent issues.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Gain experience in customer acquisition and sales within a growing technology-driven organization.
- Develop account management skills, including relationship-building and data analysis.
- Learn to work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer support.
- Understand the insurance industry and the dynamics of agent-insurer relationships.
- Gain exposure to tools and technologies used for CRM, analytics, and automation.
