During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering and Embedded Systems Engineering.
  • Must be a recent graduate of the 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
  • Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
