Job Location: Kiambu CountyOur client seeks to hire a QA Line Chemist to join their Quality Assurance team.The Chemist will be responsible for conducting in-process and final product quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications, food safety standards, and GMP guidelines across our beverage, food, and personal care production lines.Requirements Key Requirements:
- BSc in Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing (beverages, edible oils, snacks, or personal care)
- Strong skills in lab analysis (pH, brix, turbidity, viscosity, etc.) and in-process checks
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000/9001, and traceability systems
- Experience validating CIP/SIP processes and packaging integrity
- Ability to work in shifts, with attention to detail and strong documentation skills
