- Duties and responsibilities will entail handling all human resource management matters within established polices, rules and regulations, and supervision and guidance of staff working under him/her.
- Served as a Human Resource Management Officer I or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for a minimum period of· three (3) years;
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Part I of CPS or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations from a recognized university/institution.
- Must be a registered member of IHRM in good standing
