- Achieve ABP targets for the respective territory directly and through the FEVC network
- Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyse key market trends
- Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target
- Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements
- Concept selling & drive new product /application sales.
- Develop and generate business through identified OEMs / Key Accounts / Channel Associates/
- Consultants to get additional business.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or absorption cooling systems.
- Strong experience in selling absorption chillers or related equipment.
