- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (residential, commercial, and industrial)
- Conduct site visits and understand customer energy requirements
- Prepare and present customized solar solutions and proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and product knowledge
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of solar products and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Experience in the Kenyan market is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of solar financing models
- Existing client network in Nairobi / Kenya
- CRM tools experience
