We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products.
Responsibilities:User Research:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas and user journey maps.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create pixel-perfect mockups and collaborate with developers for implementation.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design choices.
- Analyze usability test results and incorporate insights into design improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and patterns across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
- A passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly designs.
- Master’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
- Previous experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines.
- Contributions to design communities or open-source projects.
