With a strong emphasis on systems, data, and process optimization, they are building a reliable and scalable supply chain operation.Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager will take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.The role is responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining optimal stock levels, driving process efficiency, and leveraging data for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with a strong analytical mindset to support business growth and cost optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management

Ensure smooth daily operations with minimal disruptions and zero stockouts

Monitor stock movement from intake to dispatch, including returns and processing activities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

Maintain optimal stock levels through continuous monitoring and planning

Ensure strict adherence to FIFO principles and minimize wastage

Oversee inventory audits, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy

Systems, Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP (Odoo) records for all inventory movements

Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and reporting

Leverage data insights to support decision-making and operational improvements

Demand Planning & S&OP

Lead demand forecasting and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes

Align supply with market demand to optimize availability and reduce excess stock

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Develop and implement SOPs to strengthen operational controls and efficiency

Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Drive automation and system improvements across supply chain functions

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply

Negotiate favorable terms and improve supplier performance

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, technology) to ensure alignment and coordination

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead warehouse and sourcing teams, including structuring roles and setting performance targets

Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture

Coach and develop team members to improve efficiency and output
