Harley's Limited is a company registered in 1953 that deals in the sales, marketing and distribution of healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, surgical-equipment, medical equipment, ophthalmic equipment, theatre equipment and OTC products. The volume of business generated since the current management took over from 1975 has continued to grow steadily.Team Leader - CommercialKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting: Track sales, expenses, sponsorships and field activities. Submit regular performance and investment return reports to the Head of Commercial.
  • Service Excellence: Build a strong company image and stakeholder relationships including Doctors, Pharmacies, Distributors and MOH Officials, while coaching and engaging the team to consistently meet service excellence standards.
  • Business Strategy: Support market strategy development, identify growth opportunities, and ensure full execution of product marketing, campaigns and customer coverage plans.
  • Sales: Drive top-line and bottom-line growth by achieving sales targets, executing monthly sales plans, and coordinating timely product launches with Category and Sales teams.
  • Controls & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, SOPs and audit requirements.
  • Stock Control: Ensure sufficient stocks are maintained at all supply chain level. Co-ordinate with Category teams for timely processing of purchase orders as per lead time.
  • Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate initiative, resilience and a proactive mindset, embracing change and supporting additional finance or accounting responsibilities as may be assigned by management in alignment with evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or any other equivalent qualification- A Biological Science University Graduate with a valid PPB license.
  • A strong Pharmaceutical industry background with solid product and market knowledge.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with proven sales achievements.
  • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy customers and distribution channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills, with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • High level of integrity, discretion with financial data and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
