  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organisational goals and mission.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite, providing high-level support on decision-making and priorities.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the leadership team and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor organisational performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to guide strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage special initiatives and provide oversight for high-priority tasks.
  • Represent the organisation in external forums and partnerships as required.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Chief of Staff & Associate Director Strategy should have:
  • A master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • +10 years of experience in strategy consulting, strategy/business intelligence, or international development.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A keen understanding of operational and financial management principles.
