- -Resubmit your Resume Today.We have started building our professional LinkedIn page.Job DescriptionGap Recruitment Services Limited is a leading recruitment firm in Kenya where International and local companies find just the right fit talent.Job Purpose:Reporting to the CEO, the overall purpose of this role is to plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of electronic security projects by coordinating resources, managing communication, mitigating risks, and maintaining project quality. They act as a central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Prepare project timelines and ensure the project is completed within the specific timeframe.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Attend site meetings and track the overall progress of the various projects.
  • Oversee material delivery to various sites.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
  • An engineering degree in either electronics / electrical and or mechanical.
  • Should have excellent AutoCAD skills.
  • A previous experience of working in electronic security solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability in identifying and responding to current and future customer needs, delivering innovative products, and service excellence.

  • Ability to work on own initiative, meet tight deadlines and balance priorities to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution.
