- Lead the end-to-end execution of GT or MT projects across multiple regions
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to ensure campaign success
- Supervise field teams, merchandisers, and promoters
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide weekly reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and trade channel standards
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in trade marketing, FMCG sales, or retail promotions
- Proven ability to manage Field operations, teams, and Client expectations
- Strong understanding of General Trade (wholesalers, kiosks, independent retailers) and/or Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, key accounts)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- A background in marketing, sales, or project management is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools.
