- Ability to manage daily pastry production, maintain consistency, and meet service timelines
- Demonstrated ability to supervise junior kitchen staff and work effectively within a team
- Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to control costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory efficiently
