Apply paint, varnish, coatings, and protective finishes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
Mix paints and coatings according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure quality and uniformity.
Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and coating specifications.
Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, solvents, and chemicals.
Work closely with welders, fabricators, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements Certificate or training in Industrial Painting, Spray Painting, or a related field.
Minimum [2–4] years of experience in industrial or spray painting.
Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or engineering environments is an added advantage.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques (sanding, blasting, priming, etc.).
Understanding of safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals.
Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
