We are hiring an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Nairobi, Kenya. This opportunity is open to Indian professionals with strong experience in plastics processing and plant operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead maintenance and engineering operations for injection & blow moulding machinery
  • Manage CAPEX projects, equipment installation & commissioning
  • Drive preventive & predictive maintenance strategies
  • Optimize plant efficiency, reduce downtime & improve productivity
  • Handle utilities (chillers, compressors, electrical systems, etc.)
Key Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in Injection / Blow Moulding
  • Experience with European machinery (Engel, Husky, Netstal, etc.)
  • Knowledge of PLC, automation, and utilities systems
  • Background in ISO / HACCP / Lean Manufacturing preferred
