  • Identify and engage new clients in need of our product range.
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients based on their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales targets to Meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.
Key Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales (experience in water pumping solutions/solar industry is a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Competency in driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
  • Flexible to work anywhere in the country.
  • Basic IT skills.
