- Identify and engage new clients in need of our product range.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients based on their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants.
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales targets to Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.
- Degree / Diploma in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales (experience in water pumping solutions/solar industry is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Competency in driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
- Flexible to work anywhere in the country.
- Basic IT skills.
