- Menu Preparation: Oversee the preparation of Brazilian Rodizio's signature dishes, including Beef Top Sirloin (KES 1,900), Lamb (KES 1,800), and Fish (KES 1,700).
- Grilling Expertise: Manage the grilling of meats on spits over a charcoal fire, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation as per Brazilian Rodizio's churrascaria standards.
- Kitchen Leadership: Supervise cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to Brazilian Rodizio's quality standards.
- Menu Oversight: Maintain the quality and variety of the Market Table & Feijoada Bar, offering fresh vegetables, artisan bread, and cheeses.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize waste to support Brazilian Rodizio's operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet Brazilian Rodizio's high standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor cooks on Brazilian Rodizio's churrascaria techniques, including seasoning and grilling methods.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe kitchen environment at Brazilian Rodizio.

- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 3-5 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with Brazilian or steakhouse experience.
- Expertise in Brazilian churrascaria techniques, including charcoal grilling and meat seasoning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee Brazilian Rodizio's kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-pressure environments.
- High integrity and commitment to Brazilian Rodizio's quality and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings (09:00 AM - 11:00 PM).
