
Bank Direct Sales Agent

- Actively market and sell the bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.
- Drive account opening initiatives by onboarding new customers and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding financial products such as accounts, loans, and insurance packages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in banking and/or insurance sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
