- Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial records, reconciliations, and robust internal controls in full compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to support operational and strategic financial needs effectively.
- Taxation & Statutory Reporting: Oversee timely, accurate tax planning, filing, and statutory reporting while keeping management informed of regulatory changes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor performance, and drive actions to achieve financial targets.
- Management Information & Reporting: Deliver timely, insightful management reports and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Costing & Profitability Analysis: Analyse operational costs to identify efficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance profitability.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory and internal policies.
- Procurement Oversight: Oversee procurement processes to ensure value for money, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Financial Systems & Technology: Optimize financial systems and technology to enhance reporting, controls, and overall finance function efficiency.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Strategy or any other business related fields from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management with at least 5 years in a similar role within a reputable hotel or hospitality group.
- Fully qualified CPA (K) or ACCA.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, costing, and treasury operations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with a track record of leadership in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
- High integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
