
Sales Account Executive at Uber

- Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the top-tier restaurants across strategically selected markets.
- Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
- You will manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing cold calls, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and supporting the restaurant through its first month on the platform. You will also clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products to prospective partners.
- Coordinate restaurant activation by working with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth restaurant experience and keep in touch with your recently signed restaurants to ensure a great start on the platform.
- Be responsible for the full restaurant partner performance in the first 28-day merchant lifetime, helping coach and develop merchant in order to maximise in store productivity.
- 1+ year sales experience (inside or field) with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets. You are results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. You hustle until you get the job done!
- You also possess strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, allowing you to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
- You have strong time management and organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- You are a team player who brings a positive spirit and energy, contributing to a great culture within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, business, marketing, or a related field.
