Youll work closely with the leadership team, contributing to process development, business operations, and recruitment automation.Internship Role: Project, Product & Operations ManagementIn this role, youll gain real-world experience in managing projects, developing internal processes, and improving product workflows, all while playing a key part in shaping how M365Connect scales its operations.What Youll Be Doing:Project & Product Management

Assist in defining project scopes & objectives to improve our recruitment operations.
Help in process automation & workflow optimization, leveraging AI and digital tools.
Work on task prioritization & resource allocation for ongoing projects.
Support in product development efforts, identifying ways to enhance our recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine internal dashboards and tracking tools.
Contribute to market research & competitor analysis for strategic product planning.

Operations & Business Management

Document processes to standardize operations (SOPs, SOWs, etc.).
Identify bottlenecks in recruitment & onboarding and propose solutions.
Engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
Support the automation of candidate & client management to enhance efficiency.
Track key metrics and ensure project alignment with company objectives.
