- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strategic and operational exposure
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regional compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
