- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the UPS industry.
- Identify and prospect new clients to drive company sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide technical solutions and product recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the UPS industry or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and related products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Salary: Market related
