The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the sales team. Additional tasks include managing sales records, conducting market research, and assisting with training new sales team members.Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to provide effective Training and mentorship to new team members
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the real estate market is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
