- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or channel management.
- Background in FMCG, logistics, agri-tech, or fintech (a strong plus).
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with a keen eye for growth opportunities.
- Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for driving impact.
- Based in the Eastern or Central regions of Kenya.
