- We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Content Development Lead to drive our brand growth and engagement through compelling marketing campaigns and high-quality content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the brand voice, creating impactful narratives, and developing multi-channel marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain our target audience.
- This role combines strong skills in marketing strategy, content creation, storytelling, and digital engagement, with leadership responsibilities for guiding content teams and collaborating across departments.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and performance reporting across digital and offline channels.
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.
- Create and oversee production of engaging content (articles, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social media, newsletters, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategic goals.
- Build a strong content calendar to support product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to develop tailored content.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns to maximize reach and conversion.
- Optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring strong engagement across social and owned media.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, marketers, and external vendors/agencies.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, content development, or brand communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone across different channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media management platforms, CMS).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
