As part of the internship assignment, the intern will be required to plan and undertake a variety of duties to support the Farmer Communication Programme (FCP) information pathways - The Organic Farmer Magazine, The Organic Farmer Radio Programme, Infonet-Biovision platform, Digitalization project and Outreach services. The intern is expected to contribute to the promotion and adoption of Sustainable Agro-ecological practices and technologies to smallholder farmers through the respective Farmer Resource Centre's. (FRCs).The purpose of the internshipBvAT provides a limited opportunity to students and unemployed graduates to acquire the relevant skills and knowledge in order to enhance their capacity for future employability and / or fulfil their professional obligations. The intern will report to the Outreach Manager or his designate.BvAT/Intern/Infonet/003
  • Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences such as Agriculture, Ecology, Biology, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
  • Should not be employed or undergoing internship/ attachment elsewhere.
  • Available and willing to commithis/her time for a 6-month duration from the effective date of the internship.
