Warehouse Supervisor-Manufacturing at Bridge Talent Management

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a busy manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and maintain proper records in line with company policies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages, discrepancies, and stockouts.
• Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to support seamless supply chain operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management review.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
