We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Systems Integrator to join our team. The ICT Systems Integrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex ICT systems to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrated ICT solutions based on client requirements, including hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for integration and optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and specifications for ICT systems and solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy ICT systems, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to source necessary hardware, software, and services.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for internal and client use.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5years) as an ICT Systems Integrator or similar role in a corporate, banking,Finance or consulting environment.
  • Deep knowledge of ICT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
