The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciliation, performing and recording day to day financial transactions, ensuring compliance, payable and receivable management. The ideal candidate Must possess a minimum of 2 years’ of working experience preferably within the Renewable Energy Sector and have proficiency in using ERP software.Key Responsibilities:
Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Preparing bills from pick up notes, invoices and bank deposits.
Preparing tax payments and issue management and projections reports.
Checking the data input in the system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
Receive and make payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.)
Supporting audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Accurately review reconciliations of bank transactions, petty cash and credit card payments.
Qualifications:
Must have a relevant bachelor's in Finance or any other related field.
Must have 2-5 years and above working experience in Renewable Energy Sector.
Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and MS Excel.
Diligence, Integrity and consistence in follow ups.
Team player and able to coordinate tasks within the team.
Ability to meet timelines and monthly targets on financial reporting.
Highly developed sense of initiative and representation of the company.
