- Interpret drawings and blueprints to execute precise carpentry tasks such as furniture joineries, door frameworks, and other wood structures.
- Create and prepare cutting files for various woodworking projects.
- Maintain and operate a wide range of carpentry machines and tools efficiently.
- Assemble, install, and apply finishes to customized interior fit-outs according to project or client requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and checks to identify repair and maintenance needs for carpentry works.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all carpentry projects and assignments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper functionality in carpentry installations and maintenance tasks.
- Perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
- Diploma or Certificate in Carpentry, Wood Technology, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on carpentry experience, including joinery, furniture making, and interior fit-outs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and cutting files.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry machines, tools, wood types, and finishing methods.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and workplace standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
