- Identify, source, and onboard potential clients in need of logbook loans
- Market and promote logbook loan products to individuals and businesses
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete
- Conduct preliminary appraisal of motor vehicles used as collateral
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement
- Support loan collections and ensure portfolio quality is maintained
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in microfinance, banking, or asset financing
- Strong understanding of sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Basic understanding of motor vehicle valuation is an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Sales and persuasion skills
