- Identify and qualify potential customers for SAP Business One.
- Conduct market research to understand industry needs and trends.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Understand business requirements and propose appropriate SAP Business One solutions.
- Provide consultative advice on ERP implementation and benefits.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with business software features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales (preferably ERP or SaaS).
- Knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
