Zetech University JobsJob ObjectiveWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional, responsible for the strategic leadership of the University\'s admissions function and the coordination of curriculum development, oversight and academic governance. Reporting to the Deputy Registrar- Academic Affairs, the position holder will be responsible for:Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor the entire admissions process, including application review, selection, and
issuance of admission letters, and prepare related management reports. * Develop and implement student recruitment strategies in liaison with marketing and communicationsteams. * Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of academic programmes.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of the University academic calendar and timetables,
ensuring capacity optimization. * Ensure strict conformance to academic rules, regulations, and accreditation requirements from professional and statutory bodies
  • Analyse admissions data and market intelligence to inform University strategy.
  • Promote student satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with the established Quality Management System.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited university.
  • A qualification in Education will be an added advantage
  • A relevant and recognized professional qualification.
  • Membership to a relevant and recognized professional body.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant working experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory position.
  • Proven experience in managing complex examination processes
  • Experience with examination bodies, academic regulations, policies, and quality assurance frameworks
  • Proficiency in using academic management information systems.
  • Possesses leadership and team management skills.
  • Possesses strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools & AI.
