- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Promote and sell the company's residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on properties.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to sell.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Good understanding of the Kenyan property and real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
