- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls.
- Execute said plan and meet sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoingtraining of the salespeople.
- Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoringof
- sales representatives. Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation.
- Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledgeeducation. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective consumers andother related industries to help strengthen partnerships. Leverage the existing network and expand the company's product reach andrepeatbusiness through relationship building and exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to properly coordinate project implementation, andcustomer service support interface, and proactively address problems/customerissues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Strategic reporting on all sales activities including sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field - froma reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. (FMCG) with at least 1 year's experience managing and directing a sales team. Spoken and written English communication with the highest standards of
- professionalism is required. Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Must be a fast learner, highly self-motivated, capable of producing high-impact
- work without supervision, adaptable, and self-confident.
- Creativity to solve problems and develop ideas to improve workflowand efficiency.
- Mental and emotional fortitude to thrive in a fast pace, high-production, performance-driven environment.
- High business acumen with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information and adapt it to specificcustomers.
