- Actively promote and sell residential homes, plots, and land to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, social media, and field outreach.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and follow-up meetings with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate and close property sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and manage sales agreements, documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams for successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system.
- Support marketing initiatives such as open days, property expos, and digital campaigns.
- Provide after-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
