- Prepare, maintain, and update documentation and files for new hires and existing employees.
- Distribute, file, and maintain records related to the employee life cycle and other HR documentation.
- Monitor compliance with documentation standards and ensure proper archiving of all HR files.
- Generate HR-related documents, letters, and internal communications in line with organizational standards.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of all HR records in accordance with the Data Protection Act and company policies.
- Manage the company’s internship program, including onboarding and mentoring interns, while ensuring their meaningful engagement, professional growth, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure accurate and complete background check and onboarding documentation for all new employees.
- Prepare HR correspondence including bank/visa/KAA introduction letters, warning letters, promotion letters etc.
- Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new staff to integrate them into the organization.
- Coordinate the planning and logistics for staff training sessions, welfare activities, and internal HR meetings.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding welfare programs with professionalism and care.
- Plan and coordinate employee wellness initiatives and events aimed at enhancing overall staff well-being.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver timely and effective HR support, ensuring employee needs are addressed and issues resolved promptly.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Must be a registered member of IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management) or in the process of registration.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Good understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
