A bachelor's degree with teaching qualification from a recognized University.
At least 5 years of experience teaching MYP or DP Level
Registered with Kenya Teachers Service Commission (TSC)
Demonstrated ability to run a well-organized departmental meeting.
Demonstrated interest in developing reflective practice and connections across disciplines.
Ability to supervise and mentor faculty.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in relating to parents, students and other teachers.
Good collegial relationships with other faculty members.
Teaching experience in Visual Arts or Music will be an advantage.
