This role is pivotal in aligning financial strategies with the overall business direction, ensuring financial stability, and driving informed decision-making.Their key responsibilities include:

Align finance strategy with the overall business direction
Lead budgeting and capital investment evaluation processes
Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, and debt management
Provide performance insights, brand profitability & ROI analysis
Maintain financial controls, compliance & risk frameworks
Guide procurement processes and vendor relations
Deliver timely financial reports for decision-making
Build business improvement cases through financial modelling
Supervise a multi-disciplinary finance team

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in financial management
CPA (K) qualification preferred
Strong leadership & commercial acumen
Experience in high-capital investment environments
Familiarity with tools like SAP, SAGE, or similar
Proven track record in media/service sectors is a plus
