KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Call, engage, and follow up with new and existing customer enquiries
  • Confidently present holiday packages and guide customers through booking
  • Build a strong rapport to understand and meet customer needs
  • Proactively manage leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Stay knowledgeable on destinations, travel trends, and offers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
