- Design and execute system, functionality, and regression testing plans for new features and updates.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand new functionalities and incorporate them into test plans.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues. Work with developers to ensure they are fixed and retested.
- Perform both manual and automated testing, developing and maintaining automation scripts when necessary.
- Ensure that user experience and soware performance meet the established standards.
- Establish and maintain QA documentation related to test planning and execution.
- Recommend improvements in soware to enhance user experience and reduce the number of defects
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve the test process
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or a similar role in soware development.
- Strong knowledge of soware QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Postman, JMeter, Appium).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to root out issues in soware applications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to document thoroughly and track work detail.
- Experience with Test management tools ( Qase, TestRail)
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with performance and/or security testing (JMeter, Burp Suite, OWASP)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- Certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
