Wholesale Supervisor

• Supervise a team of van sales men, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure efficient operations and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase and maximise profitability.
• Effectively plan and organise routes for the van sales team, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with van sales men, customers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wholesale team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, key performance indicators, and market analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Address any customer complaints or enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Wholesale Supervisor or similar role in the FMCG retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to achieve target.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in route planning ensuring efficient delivery operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, report writing and market analysis
• A Customer-oriented mind-set, with ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Adaptability and willingness to travel frequently, to the remote areas at short notice.
• Highly organised, time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• A valid driver's licence.
