
Junior Project Manager

- Manage assigned internal and external projects under the close supervision of the Department Head
- Manage internal and external projects from kickoff to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and timelines
- Coordinate with developers, associates, operations, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication on assigned projects
- Track milestones, task progress, and deliverable statuses
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and track resolution steps
- Ensure that all project documentation, approvals, and communications are stored properly
- Submit and maintain weekly Capacity Reports
- Complete Service Failure Reports as applicable
- Update the New Business Report post-SOW
- Collaborate with Senior PMs when projects require escalation, strategic alignment, or resourcing support
- Build familiarity with internal project management processes, tools, and best practices
- Participate in process improvements and PM team initiatives as needed
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in project coordination or junior project management, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle, planning, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with business process outsourcing, software development cycles, or AI & automation concepts is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project documentation.
- Comfortable working with remote teams across global time zones.
- Sharp attention to detail – a hawk’s eye for the small things that matter.
- Strong sense of urgency – delivers work with quick turnarounds and can gracefully juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator – clear, timely, and effective in both written and verbal exchanges.
